What is it about?
It is about the exchange of faculty members and researchers among universities within the Association of Universities of the Montevideo Group.
Goals of the Program
a. To contribute to the strengthening of faculty member capacity regarding teaching, research, and technology within the AUGM.
b. To contribute to the consolidation of critical masses of researchers in critical areas of national interest.
c. To promote interinstitutional cooperation among the universities within the AUGM, by sharing faculty and research team members.
Beneficiaries of the Program
This program is oriented toward two faculty member profiles:
– Young professors in training, whose mobility will be destined to completing their academic training.
– Trained professors, whose mobility must be defined within the scope of university roles such as teaching, research, university management and extension, promoting activities relevant to graduate programs, technical and scientific support for the development and the consolidation of new fields of work, support in the training of new teaching staff, as well as activities related to university management and policy.
Duration of the mobility program
The program must not last less than a week, nor more than 15 days.
Documentation to be presented in order to apply
– Letter of invitation of the host university, signed by one of its authorities, with knowledge of the Delegate Advisor of said university.
